➳How do I find out my ring size?

Please check out the 'Whats my Ring Size?' page (linked at the bottom of the website) for information and help on how to measure your ring size!  

Alternatively, I sell ring sizers! You will find them in my 'Made to Order' section!

➳Do you take custom orders?

Unfortunately I am not taking any custom orders on at the moment. After spending the last year making completely custom pieces every single week, I am having a well needed break. 

Focussing on my own creativity and making pieces that are truly my own style is really important to me at the moment. 

If customs ever do open in the future you will hear about it over on my instagram @salfordsilver.

 

➳ How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Shipping options can be chosen at checkout, however, typically they arrive the day after posting in the UK if first class or special delivery has been chosen. 

Any made to order pieces take up to 2 weeks to be made and shipped, so please keep that in mind.

➳ Can I return my order?

Yes! You can return your order if you are not happy with it as long as you pay for the postage to me. You will then be refunded the full price of the piece you purchased, not including the shipping fee. 
Personalised items cannot be returned. 

➳ My order has arrived faulty, what should I do?

All orders are quality checked before posting out and I take great care when packaging my orders to ensure they should be received by you safely. However accidents happen and they may be damaged in the post. Should this happen get in contact with me via Email or Instagram and I shall let you know what will happen next.

Please note, all pieces are handmade by myself and hence no piece will be completely perfect, adding to their unique handmade charm. This will not be classed as a 'fault'.
