Delivery & Returns


DELIVERY 

All made to order pieces aim to be handmade and posted within two weeks of ordering. 

Orders which just contain Finished Pieces of jewellery will typically be posted out two days after ordering, to allow a final polish the day after you order.

You can select your method of shipping at checkout. However please note, all orders over £150 only have special delivery as their option. 

Shipping globally is available too, rates can be found at checkout, and tracking will be provided in your shipping email confirmation. Please note, any customs/import fees are not covered by myself.

 

RETURNS

I will gladly accept returns on all items of the current collections, as long as they are returned to me in the same condition as purchased. So if the sizing is wrong or you simply aren't happy with your purchase, please get in touch.

Please aim to make any returns within 30 days of purchase.

Customers are expected to pay for their return postage to myself and once received, will be refunded the amount of their item (not including the postage fees).
