This Australian Boulder opal really makes me think of space when I look at the photos. It is mostly brown from the ironstone host rock, however there are lines shown within the face of the opal which suddenly become filled with colour when looking at the right angle. One very rainbow filled streak, one bright green streak, and a patch of red/orange colour can be found. It’s simple one which can be stared at endlessly and always look different.

This opal was mined in Winton, QLD, Australia.

Shape: Triangle

Dimensions: 8.5mm x 8.5mm (3mm thickness)

Origin: Winton, QLD, Australia.

The colours of an opal are often difficult to completely accurately show in photos due to them playing with the light and colours through different angles. Which is why I aim to show different images from different angle and different natural light to try give a good representation.

Please note, the price you are paying now acts as your deposit to claim the opal as yours, and with this you will receive the lovely Christmas gift box which includes; photos of the opal, ring sizer, two christmas scented wax melts from Feucandlesuk, and a malteaser chocolate.  (The opal itself will not be posted to you until it is in its final form as jewellery).

An additional payment will be required once a design is chosen and the jewellery has been made. There is a two month time limit on when these pieces can commence to allow for this payment.
